How do I return or exchange an item?

Only items purchased from OneStopBob.com can be exchanged through OneStopBob.com. If you purchased a OneStopBob product from a retail store, please return your purchase to that store.

1. All returns must be initiated within 14 days after reciept and maybe subject to a 25% restocking fee.
2. To return a package, email our Retail Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number(RMA) @ returns@onestopbob.com
3. Send a copy of your Email receipt and include this RMA number with a NOTE explaining what you are returning and WHY.
4. Address your package to:

5. Write your RMA on the outside of your package and we recommend sending via US MAIL as it is usually the easiest and the least expensive. We recommend that you track your return package to confirm that it has been received. Please insure larger returns, for we are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. These services are available through the US Postal Service.
6. Packages must be returned prepaid. OneStopBob.com WILL NOT accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card originally used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund check will be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable except in the event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the customer.
7. We will only return the amount of purchase plus S&H if it is agreed that OneStopBob was at fault for the return. All other returns will be honored with an exchange or a credit for future business.
8. There are no refunds or exchanges for international orders! In addition we can not guarantee delivery for international orders!
9. You may cancel your order at anytime but there will be a 25% restocking fee if cancelled
before the posted 3 week shipping period!
